Active filter design; operational amplifier circuits; cascade design with first-order and biquad circuits; Butterworth and Chebyshev lowpass filters; sensitivity and frequency transformations. Digital filter design; IIR filter design using bilinear transformation; window design of FIR filters; realization of IIR and FIR filters. Prerequisite: ECE 1552.
